The Hayes have generously offered up their ranch for our welcome party. You will need to arrange your transportation should you want to join! Please note Ubers/Lyfts are not available in the area. Beverages and snacks will be provided. Especially bourbon! We suggest you grab dinner somewhere in Sacramento or Elk Grove beforehand. The party will end promptly at 10pm so we are all bright-eyed and bushy-tailed for wedding day!

PS this is where Nathan and Maddie had their first "date," AKA when Nathan crashed New Year's Day in 2022 (after not seeing Maddie for almost 7 years after they graduated), and met not just Maddie's family, but the Hayes and two other families Maddie grew up with. Mark Hayes is officiating the wedding and will surely have some fun stories to tell!

Please see FAQs for shuttle details for getting to the venue if you're coming from out of town. Shuttles will take everyone back to the afterparty!

For anyone planning to drive, parking is available at the venue. Just please ensure you designate a driver if you plan to drink!

The shuttles will begin departing the wedding at 10:15pm after dancing is over and taking people to the afterparty at the Dyers' house in Sacramento. All guests coming from the wedding to the afterparty can get on these shuttles!

For guests who are NOT planning to attend the afterparty, please arrange your transportation in advance to ensure you get home safely.
