If you are flying internationally…

Your best bet is likely flying into San Francisco (SFO) and renting a car at the airport to then drive two hours into Sacramento, so you have transportation once you're in town. You can look at flights to Sacramento (SMF), but there may be fewer options and at more expensive price points. Alternatively, you could connect through San Francisco or Los Angeles (LAX)! 

If you are flying domestically… 

Most airlines have direct flights to SMF. But you can also fly to SFO and rent a car and make the drive, if you prefer to do that! 

Either way, if you are family or in the wedding party, please plan to arrive in Sacramento no later than midday on Friday June 7th, 2024, as the rehearsal is going to begin at 4pm sharp and we want to ensure you have time to check into your hotel, get ready, etc. 

If you are only attending the wedding, we simply expect you to be at the venue on Saturday, June 8th, by 3:30pm at the latest.  Shuttles will be picking up from a location TBD and prioritized for guests traveling from out of town.

There are many hotels in midtown and downtown Sacramento (about a 15-minute drive from the airport), and at various price points. We recommend these three, but you are welcome to book wherever you'd like to stay!

For family and wedding party members, please plan to book your hotel on Friday and Saturday night, at minimum (depending on your plans). If you are just coming for the wedding, you will only need accommodation on Saturday night.

We recommend you rent a car (Enterprise and Hertz are both at SMF) if you are not local and plan to explore the area (see Things to Do) before or after the wedding. Shuttles will be provided to and from the venue on Saturday!
